• For orders up to CHF 149.95, a shipping fee of CHF 15.– will be applied

The full amount of the order, including VAT and any applicable shipping fees, must be paid at checkout. Any bank fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Product Quality & Reporting Defects
All our products are carefully inspected before shipping.
If you receive a damaged or non-compliant item, you have 7 calendar days from delivery to report it via email.

Placing an order on our site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. All orders are subject to availability and approval.
The order is considered confirmed only once you receive a shipping confirmation email.
Items are shipped only after full payment has been received.

Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the courier.
